I don’t know who webbilling.com are, but there are a remarkable number of stories online about how they seem to con or scam people into paying false bills, or even, as in the case of my wife, make a direct debit to her bank account (without permission). How can that happen? The bank has given no explanation.

Read the full story of this attempted theft by webbilling.com, and most importantly, how to deal with these crooks webbilling.com and their pet collections agency Legal Recovery and Collections Ltd. Why the authorities are apparently doing nothing, I have no idea.

While the authorities are useless, I would encourage you to publish your story online, along with how it turns out, or link to here or to artymind’s article: publicity is any scammer’s worst enemy.

    Hello, everyone,

as you all have webbilling stories,I won`t bother you with mine, but I`d like to add another firm to the list of webbilling`s helperfirms. Name is INFOSCORE collecting agency, the phone no they give in their letters does not work, the proper no is +43 1 503 64 90-1 and their letters sound quite threatening.

Let`s hope for once they won`t get away with it.
    Best of luck

Check your online bank to see if there are any standing orders going out to webbilling and cancel it if there is. They seem to set it up without you knowing, it happened to me. They are still sending me emails saying I owe them money which they are NOT going to get.
